The nice folks at the American Music Center had a launch party for their latest cool initiative–Counterstream Radio–last night. If you haven’t checked it out yet, click on the toilet seat icon in the right column and some incredibly fine and varied music will follow you around the internets all day. Some members of the Counterstream team above, foreground: AMC president Joanne Hubbard Cossa, with Trevor Hunter, Lyn Liston, Lisa Taliano and Molly Sheridan. Sorry for the crummy picture, guys, and apologies to Frank J. Oteri and Randy Norchow whose picture didn’t work out at all.

Does this mean no more CD reviews from AMC’s NewMusicBox?
the only person i saw that was dashingly handsome and with two or three scantily-clad model-esque lasses on the arm was me. booyah.
and tom, comments like that belong on newmusicbox.org, not here.
Molly Sheridan is a babe. There, I said it.
Jerry looks dashingly handsome and fabulously wealthy, and can usually be seen with two or three of his scantilly-clad model girlfriends on his arm. He’s pretty hard to miss once you know what you’re looking for.
oh, i was there yesterday, too, but i don’t know what you look like, jerry, so i didn’t say hi. sorry!
ken thomson, of gutbucket, world/inferno friendship society, anti-social music, and formerly with cantaloupe fame, is the guy with glasses in the back center.
